Ian Crisp Services is a trading name of Program Systems Limited and was founded in 1989 by Ian Crisp, a freelance IT contractor.
Through his company, Ian as worked with a number of public and private companies and also government departments, on consultancy, proving programming, project management, IT consultancy and general sorting out of IT systems and applications. We also develop our own document management system which is currently in use by a global insurance company for the their internal use of policy and claim documentation.
